OUR STORY

the begining...

The story behind Nosworthy's Hall of Fame, formerly the Ground Round, began in 1973 when we started selling our famous hamburgers and frosted 32 oz schooners in Twin Falls, Idaho.  After much success we opened our Coeur d'Alene store in 1978, expanding our menu to gourmet burgers and omelettes while maintaining our reputation for using only the freshest ingredients.  Hand pressed lean ground beef patties and homemade fries while maintaining our extra large portions are just a few of the trademarks we are known for.  After a trademark dispute with a national chain, we opted for a name change to be chosen through a customer contest.  "Nosworthy's Hall of Fame" was the unanimous choice.  Using the family name was obvious, while incorporating the "hall of fame" for recognizing our local athletes.  My son's and hopefully their children will carry on the tradition that has made us a local favorite.  We would like to thank those of you that are new to join our following here at Nosworthy's Hall of Fame.
